Quality at La Croissanterie

At La Croissanterie, we take the greatest care with the quality of the ingredients in our sandwiches, salads, gratins, flans and tarts.

The ingredients we use to make our products are selected from producers offering impeccable guarantees in terms of traceability, professionalism and ethics. For instance, our "Dolphin Safe" tuna is fished using nets which pose no danger to dolphins.

Products prepared as required.
At La Croissanterie, quality has always been our raison d’être!
In order to offer products that are always tasty, we make them as required throughout the day.
At La Croissanterie, for optimum freshness, sandwiches are prepared every morning after 10 o’clock, with the greatest care and with absolute attention to food hygiene considerations.

Training and Quality Control

In order to ensure that consumers in all our restaurants enjoy the same quality of products and services, La Croissanterie has set up Training Forums aimed at all Outlet Managers.

Quality Controls
At La Croissanterie, cleanliness, hygiene and quality are values which are very important to us. Each La Croissanterie outlet has regular Quality Inspections carried out by an independent laboratory.

Mystery Customers
In order to constantly improve product quality, outlet cleanliness and better service, all La Croissanterie outlets are regularly visited by mystery customers.
